We are an award winning compliance consultancy service specialising in working with lenders.

Established in 2004 in order to support lenders at the start of mortgage regulation we have assisted over 20 firms to become authorised for mortgage lending and administration and have a 100% success track record. We supported the first two lenders to become authorised post the 2008 crash.

Jackson Cohen is the retained advisor to the ASTL, attending all their meetings with the FCA and Treasury and drafting resposnes to industry consultations.

Founder, Ray Cohen has had over 30 years of experience in Financial Services and mortgage lending and sales, holds CeMAP, CeLTM & CeRER qualifications and was a regulated supervisor and trained assessor..

 

Ray sits on the NACFB Bridging Committee and is a past Director of the APCC, chairing both the Mortgages and Consumer Credit working parties in that time. He also helped establish the Association of Bridging Professionals (now FIBA) as a founding Director.

Although many of our clients are in the bridging and development lending space, we have also worked with traditional long term and second charge mortgage lenders including four banks and three building societies.
