We specialise in working with Lenders in all aspects of compliance and have a particularly strong connection with the Short Term Lending industry. We are retained advisers to the Association of Short Term Lenders and facilitate their meetings with the FSA to discuss regulatory matters, assist in drafting responses to industry consultations and highlight issues and proposed regulations that impact their members.

In addition we can provide training in a wide number of areas including AML, DPA, Sellings Skills, Supervisor Skills and also offer Competency Assessments.

We have provided solutions for a wide variety of clients, including Bank, Building Society, and Insurance Companies.

We are retained by several short term lenders to provide a full compliance support service and have assisted lenders to gain FSA authorisation for mortgage lending and administration and also for UCIS for their funding operations.
