REGULATED

We offer full support for firms wishing to become authorised by the FCA for mortgage lending and administration and/or Consumer buy to let.

 

For those already authorised we can provide a range of services such as file reviews, compliance checks, policies and procedures, returns, training etc. to ensure you meet all your obligations on an ongoing basis.

NON-REGULATED

Many of our clients are non-regulated lenders and are keen to avoid regulation.

Our support in this area includes advising on whether loans are regulated or not, AML registration, AML and financial crime requirements, data protection, policies and procedures, file reviews and training.
